W/Salam Moona i do hope you will be fine and learning very well, i have some tips that can help you regarding to your englingh improvement.
1. Try to read as many english books as you can starting with the low level stories books.
2. Watch english programs especially talkshows and try to understand each word. Note down the words that you have never heard before, write their meanings and try to use them in your own sentences.
3. Stand infront of the mirror and talk with yourself, daily for atleast 30 minutes.
4. Try to guess the meanings instead of using the dictionary often.
5. Don't giveup just keep on trying.
