I WENT TO THE BANK TO CLAIM THE FUND BUT THE BANK REFUSED TO RELAESE THE FUND TO ME. THE BANK MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY LATE FATHER LEFT AN INSTRUCTION WITH THE BANK THAT INCASE OF HIS DEATH,I HAVE TO ATTAIN THE AGE OF 27 YEARS BEFORE THE FUND WILL BE RELEASED TO ME OR PRESENT A GUARDIAN WHO SHALL RECEIVE THE MONEY ON MY BEFALF AS STIPULATED IN THE AGREEMENT WITH BANK.
