Hi, your are right its Arab Name, companion of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Anjasha was a singer of camel-songs who drove the camels along.

I am a girl, Is it Men's name. It sounds girls name to me . I am 22 dont wanna change my name . Can it affect on my personality to have a male name..
