It may be that the word Musunnam is a poetic creation - Ikhtara- meaning My Friend or My Mahboob. An Alternative explanation may be that it is a typgraphical error, and the word is MUSUMMUM [ Meem, Swad, Meem ( Tashdid) meaning Determination Firm Resolute.
