About MuslimName
A name is the first gift parents give a child. We want every family to choose one with a good meaning and full knowledge.
How names are checked
Every published name has a meaning in English and Urdu. Quran references are checked against the Uthmani text and the Quranic Arabic Corpus. Names that scholars dislike or differ on are shown with a clear warning and a better alternative. Names without a reliable meaning are not published.
