I googled for you and in Ethiopian it means "West" and in Hebrew it means "Opponent". But I found 2 people online named "Parsa Mirab" and "Neda Mirab" so it must have some + meaning also.

I really like this name. Another name you might like is "MINAL".

The 'Amish' are a group of Christians in the US who wear old fashioned dress; if you name your kid like this in the US, he will probably be teased a lot so I suggest a differentn name.
